How we handle your request details.
The request builder lets you review a workshop brief before sending it through a protected website endpoint. When you choose “Send request,” the brief is delivered directly to the workshop for review.
The request form sends details only when you choose “Send request.” This website code does not add analytics, advertising pixels, or social trackers.
How the request form works
The request builder prepares and previews a workshop brief in your browser. Nothing is transmitted during the review step. When you choose “Send request,” the form sends the listed fields to a same-origin Vercel function. That function asks Brevo, an email-delivery provider, to deliver the brief to the workshop’s nominated inbox.
A submitted request is an enquiry only. It does not reserve workshop time or authorize work.
Selecting the phone link opens your device or calling service. Information shared during a call is handled outside this website.
Information shown in the form
The form can contain your name, mobile number, optional email address, vehicle details, optional VIN or chassis number, request type, and description of the concern. The workshop uses those details only to understand the request, check the vehicle or part context, and respond about an appropriate next step.

Browser storage and hosting
The site stores one preference named eaw-theme in local browser storage so the selected light or dark theme can remain on the device. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or service-request data.
This site code does not add cookies for analytics, advertising, or social tracking. If optional tracking, embedded social media, or other third-party tools are added later, this notice and any needed consent controls will be updated first.
When the site is served by Vercel, Vercel may process ordinary technical request data such as an IP address and browser headers. When the form is enabled, Brevo processes the workshop brief to deliver it by email, and the receiving mailbox provider processes the delivered message. These providers may process data outside the Philippines under their applicable service terms.
The site does not add requests to a separate website database. Requests are received in the workshop’s business email records and should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the service, resolve issues, or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Processing and safeguards
European Autowerkstatt uses the form details to understand the vehicle or parts enquiry and respond about an appropriate next step. The website limits form submission to the site’s approved origin, validates the submitted fields, and uses server-side credentials that are not exposed in the browser.
This notice describes the current website data flow. The workshop should periodically review its retention, access-control, and incident-response practices as its operations change.
Your privacy rights
When personal data is processed, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 provides rights that include being informed, access, objection, rectification, erasure or blocking, data portability, damages, and filing a complaint.
