Website terms and booking notice
A preview is not a confirmed appointment.
This site lets you send a service enquiry. It does not by itself create a booking, quotation, diagnosis, repair authorization, or service agreement.
The request form sends a service enquiry through a protected website endpoint for workshop review. A request never reserves workshop time and remains subject to direct workshop confirmation.
Service enquiry
Preparing a request creates a preview on the same device. Choosing “Send request” sends the brief through the website endpoint for email delivery to the workshop. A submitted request or proposed date never reserves workshop time.
A service relationship begins only after the workshop directly confirms the vehicle, requested work, schedule, scope, and commercial terms.
Diagnostics and quotations
Website descriptions are general information. A diagnosis, repair recommendation, estimate, or quotation must be based on the specific vehicle and confirmed by the workshop in writing.
Prices, tax treatment, labor, diagnostic charges, quote validity, deposits, payment timing, and completion dates must be confirmed before work is authorized.
Hard-to-find parts
Part identification and availability can depend on VIN, chassis number, production date, engine, market specification, superseded numbers, supplier confirmation, and inspection of the installed component.
Availability, condition, authenticity, source, lead time, compatibility, warranty, return rights, cancellation, shipping, and customs exposure must be confirmed for each order. No part is represented as ordered by submitting this form.
Website content and ownership
The logo and business identity belong to European Autowerkstatt or their respective owner. Vehicle and manufacturer names may be used only to identify compatibility or specialization. No affiliation, endorsement, or authorization by a vehicle manufacturer is implied.
Do not copy, republish, or commercially reuse the site's original design, text, or licensed photography without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Service terms for a confirmed job
Terms for a confirmed job must match the workshop’s actual sales and service practices and applicable Philippine law. The workshop will confirm the vehicle, scope, quotation, fees, timing, payment, parts, warranty, and any other commercial terms before work is authorized.
